Quotes that inspire me to be all I can be

I love quotes that inspire me to be all that I can be. I strive to be someone who really can help other people and make a difference in the worlds. I believe that with love, we have more power to do all that we are called to do. Life is more than dreaming, it’s doing and being.

“Love feels no burden, regards not labors, strives toward more than it attains, argues not of impossibility, since it believes that it may and can do all things. Therefore it avails for all things, and fulfils and accomplishes much where one not a lover falls and lies helpless.” Thomas P. Kempis

“Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute.” Proverbs 31:8

“You who are young, make the most of your youth. Relish your youthful vigor. Follow the impulses of your heart. If something looks good to you, pursue it. But know also that not just anything goes; You have to answer to God for every last bit of it.” Ecclesiastes 11:9

“What are you doing right now that requires faith?” – Francis Chan

“He who spends the most time wins.” Jeanne Mayo

“Too often we confuse love with permissiveness. It is not love to fail to dissuade another believer from sin any more than it is love to take a drink away from an alcoholic or matches away from a baby. True fellowship out of love for one another demands accountability.” – Chuck Colson

“Do not withhold good from those who deserve it when it is within your power to act.” Proverbs 3:27

“The greater danger for most of us is not that our aim is too high and we miss it, but that it is too low and we reach it.” ~Michelangelo

“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices in the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.” 1 Corinthians 13:4-7

“Those who dream by day are cognizant of many things which those who dream only by night may miss.” ~Edgar Allan Poe

“There is no more contemptible type of human character than that of the nerveless sentimentalist and dreamer who spends his life in a weltering sea of sensibility and emotion, but who never does a manly concrete deed.” – William James

“Yes, you can be a dreamer and a doer too, if you will remove one word from your vocabulary: impossible.” – Robert H. Schuller
